Tracy Derksen, APNP 

Tracy Derksen received both her BSN and MSN from Marian University.  She is a board-certified family practice nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).   She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  Tracy has twenty-three years working in healthcare. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for twelve years before obtaining her RN degree. Her experience includes working in family practice, long term care, home care, hospice, urgent care and dialysis.  Tracy enjoys sleep medicine as sleep is important in consolidating learning and memories and maintaining brain health as we age.  She does have interest in how sleep disorders affect chronic health conditions.

She works in Neenah, Encircle Health and Berlin. 

 Tracy is married and has five children.  She enjoys being a mother, spending time with her family, reading, camping and taking care of her flower gardens.
